Chocolate Brownie Cake

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. unbleached flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
6 T. canola oil
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Glaze:
1 c. confectioners sugar
3-4 T. cocoa
2-3 T. soymilk
Recipe
Set oven to 350F. Grease and flour 2 8-inch pans. In a large mixing bowl mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl blend wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry, stirring until combined.
Pour into pans and bake about 35 minutes, until tests done. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
When cool, place one layer on cake plate. Cover with glaze, top with 2nd layer and spread remaining glaze on top, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
