Best on Lazy Daizy Cake, Very tasty!
• 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
• 1/2 cup raw sugar
• 1/2 cup Sucanat
• 1 cup coconut
• 1/4 cup soy milk (or other)



Recipe


Combine all except coconut, and heat in small saucepan until it starts to boil. Spread onto hot cake and place under broiler, watching carefully, for about 1-3 min's. Should be caramel brown and bubbly.

Serves 16 Ready in: 1 hour
