Wacky Chocolate Cake

List of Ingredients

1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking cocoa
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup cold water


Recipe

Combine all dry ingredients into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix well. Make 3 holes; in one put oil, in another put vanilla, in the third put vinegar.

Gradually add water; stir until well mixed.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Recipe may be doubled for use of an 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at same temperature for the same amount of time. Frost with frosting, or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
