Candied Acorn Squash Circles

List of Ingredients
1 acorn squash
1 cup water
1 can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dates
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. cardamom
Recipe
Mix together all ingredients, except squash, and heat to thicken. Set aside.
Wash and cut squash in 1/2 inch slices. Clean out seeds, leaving flower circles. Arrange squash in glass rectangle baking dish; spoon mixture over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
