Soy Patties Parmesan

List of Ingredients
1/2 dry soy beans, soaked overnight
1 cup water
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Bragg's Aminos
1 cup oats (1/2 rolled - 1/2 quick)
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup Italian seasoned wholemeal bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powderRecipe
Drain water off of soy beans. Then blend with 1 cup fresh water and Bragg's. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Fry in thin layer of oil slowly (approximately 6 minutes per side). Layer with spaghetti sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. If cooked too long, soy patties will get too soft.
