Recipe Introduction
I made grilled cheese sandwiches with this one...thought it was great. Also
wonderful with sauerkraut and soy 'corned beef'. It actually sort of
melts!! I got the recipe from my friend Milly.

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. plus 1 T. Emes kosher gelatin
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/4 c. brewers yeast
1/4 t. garlic granules
1 T. onion granules
2 t. salt (I use less!!!!)
2 c hot cornmeal
Recipe
Soak Emes gelatin in cold water for about ten minutes...
Then add all other ingredients and blend very well.
Pour into a 4"x 6" mold and chill until firm.
Slice and serve.
