    List of Ingredients




    1 cup water
    1/3 cup plus 1 rounded Tbsp. Emes vegan gelatin
    1 1/4 cups boiling water
    2 cups raw cashews
    1/4 cup yeast flakes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    4 oz. pimentos

    Recipe



    Place 1 cup water and Emes gelatin in blender. Blend until very smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy. Pour into a mold and chill.

    Molds: Tupperware, Rubbermaid, Smart Balance carton, etc.
