Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

List of Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
2 egg substitute
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
Recipe
1. Mix and form into small balls. The cookies will expand slightly but they
shouldn't be too flat when they're done.
2. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 10-20 minutes.
3. For the egg substitute, I've made it successfully using both Ener-G egg
replacer and applesauce. I'm sure that there are other substitutes that
would work as well.
