List of Ingredients
1 12.3 ounce package lite silken tofu, extra firm
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
dash saltRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Keeps in the refrigerator for about a week.
