    List of Ingredients

    1/2 - 3/4 cup raw cashews or almonds
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 - 8 dates
    1 cup water
    pinch of salt

    Recipe

    Blend until smooth. Add water as needed to get the desired consistency.
    Adjust sweetener as needed.
