Carob Chip Squares

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup liquid sweetener of choice
1 cup carob chips
1 cup natural peanut butter
4 - 5 cups popped rice cereal


Recipe

In a large saucepan, melt over low heat the sweetener, carob chips and peanut butter. Watch carefully so it does not burn. Take off stove, and pour rice cereal into mixture quickly. Put in an oiled 8" x 8" square pan, and press down. Chill and serve. Cut into squares.
