Baked Apples

6 apples
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cardamon
6 Tbsp. raisinsRecipe
Wash, core, and place apples in casserole dish. (Try using a melon baller
to remove core!). Stuff 1 Tbsp. raisins in center of each apple. Combine
juice, coriander and cardamon in measuring cup. Pour over apple centers
letting juice run through, filling bottom of dish. Bake uncoverd at 425
degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until tender. (Time varies with size and
kind of apple).
Makes: 6 apples.
Vary raisins with nuts or dates.
