2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups oats
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 bananas
1 cup raisins
1/2 to 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup chunky applesauceRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together bananas, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, applesauce, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in flour, then oats. The consistency should be thick and gooey. Add walnuts, raisins, and chocolate chips. Place dough in large, rounded balls on a greased baking sheet. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
