    2 cups firm silken tofu
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 tsp. water
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Recipe

    Blend until silky smooth. This whipped topping has a texture like pudding. Best served chilled.
