    Sunflower Dressing

    List of Ingredients


    1 1/3 cups sunflower seeds
    1 2/3 cup water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. onion powder

    Recipe

    Use a blender to blend all ingredients together until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste. Enjoy on salad or as a veggie dip.
