List of Ingredients
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds, lightly toasted
4 tsp. cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1/2 cup oil
5 tsp. dark sesame oil
sea salt, to taste
Recipe
Purée sunflower seeds with the vinegar, oils, and salt in a blender. Add 1 cup water in a stream. Blend until emulsified. Makes 2 cups.
