GARBANZO - GLUTEN ROAST

1 tbsp. oil
2 c. soaked garbanzos
1 1/2 c. water from garbanzos
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 c. gluten flour
1 c. chopped, sauteed onions
1 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. chopped Brazil or other nuts
2 tbsp. wheat germRecipe
Combine garbanzos, oil, 1 cup water, soy sauce, and seasonings in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl; rinse blender with 1/2 cup water and add to mixture. Add onions, celery, nuts, and wheat germ. Mix. Stir in gluten flour and mix until well blended and gluten is developed and firm. Shape in long roll; place in greased roast pan and bake.
