    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup soaked garbanzos or soy beans
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup almond slices
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup oats
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. marjoram

    Soak 1/4 cup beans overnight, drain. Whiz in blender the next day 1/2 cup beans and 1/2 cup water until thick and creamy. Whix almonds and sunflower seeds in blender to finely chopped consistency. Combine above in mixing bowl with remaining ingredients. Let stand 10 minutes. Press into sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with tomato relish.
