    There is a recipe from "Of These Ye May Freely Eat" like this one....I use sunflower seeds instead of cashews...and add a half can of green chili's.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup raw millet
    1 cup tomatoes
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup cashews
    1 medium onion, cut in pieces
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can black olives, quartered

    Recipe



    Put millet in casserole dish. Whiz together in blender tomatoes, water, cashews, and onion. Add blender mixture and remaining ingredients to millet. Mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
