2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1 1/2 cups grated raw carrots
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup boiling water
1 small onion
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 tsp. sage
1/3 tsp. celery saltRecipe
Put rice, carrots, oats and salt in mixing bowl and mix together. Blend boiling water, onion, sunflower seeds and seasonings together. Combine the two mixtures and stir well. Place by 1/3 cupful on cookie sheet. Press out into burger shape with fork. Or press into a canning jar lid or cookie cutter to shape patties. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until crispy around edges.
