    List of Ingredients




    One yellow onion thinly sliced
    1# mushrooms quartered
    1# baby leaf spinach
    1/2 package tempah
    olive oil
    4 cloves garlic minced
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Put oil in pan and heat. Dice tempah to bite size pieces. Add to oil and fry till light brown. Remove tempah to drain. Add mushrooms and onion, cook until tender. Add spinach and cover to steam. When spinach has wilted add garlic, salt, pepper and tempah. Heat thru and serve.
