    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
    3 cups cabbage, chopped
    1 cup sugar peas
    3 teaspoons Bragg's Aminos
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
    1/2 pound spaghetti noodles

    Sauce:

    1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
    3 tablespoons Bragg's Aminos
    3 teaspoons lemon juice
    2-3 tablespoons rice syrup

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to directions on package. When they are done rinse
    and set aside. While noodles are cooking start vegetables. Sauté onion,
    mushrooms and garlic a few minutes in water. Add sugar peas, cabbage,
    Bragg's and sesame oil until tender. Put noodles in separate fry pan with
    the following sauce. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, then mix with
    vegetables.

    Variation from Brendalee, use the rice vermicelli (found in asian
    markets) instead of other noodles. They are thin and look very much
    like asian style chow mein noodles.

    Some chinese food restaurants call these chow fun.
