Arroz con Gandules - Rice & Pigeon Peas

1 tbsp. Goya Olive Oil
1/2 cup Ives veggie ham, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 tsp. Goya Minced Garlic or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 15 oz can Goya Green Pigeon Peas undrained
1 packet Goya Sazón with Coriander and Annatto
1/2 cup Goya Tomato Sauce
3 cups water
2 cups Goya Medium Grain Rice
Recipe
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium. Add veggie ham, onion and peppers; cook 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 2 minutes longer.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
