CHICKPEA GRAVY

15 ounces chickpeas, canned -- mashed with liquid
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder -- or to taste
1/4 tsp. onion powder -- or to taste
1/4 tsp. black pepper -- or to tasteRecipe
Put everything in a blender and process until smooth. This will be creamy and thick. You can thin with a little water if you want (I don't). Heat it up and serve over spudz or rice or toast.
