Recipe Introduction
I've been toying with a mixture that seems to work pretty well and can
easily be adjusted to suit your taste.
List of Ingredients
a.. 1 can garbonzos (drained & rinsed)
b.. 2 tbs tahini (I also make it with 1 tbs or none at all, tastes the same)
c.. 2 oz lemon juice
d.. 2 tbs crushed/minced/chopped garlic
e.. couple (or many) dashes of:
f.. cayenne pepper
g.. black pepper
h.. salt
i.. paprika
add about 2 oz water before you blend and add more as needed to get the thick/thin-ness you want. Recipe
Fire it all in a blender for about 10 minutes
