    List of Ingredients




    1 cup cashews or blanched almonds
    1 cup water or pear juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 cup honey (or alternative liquid sweetener)
    1 tsp. slippery elm powder, optional
    4 cups canned pears

    Recipe



    Blend all but the pears until creamy. Gradually add canned pears. Pour into flat dish. Cover. Freeze. Cut into strips and put through a Champion Juicer, or blender or food processor. May need to allow to soften slightly in order to blend.
