List of Ingredients
12 oz. silken tofu
1 banana, very ripe
1/3 maple syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract (gf)
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg, more for garnish
1 cup almond milk (or soy or rice milk for nut-free)
1 cup rice milk
1 1/2 cups soy milk
Recipe
Cobine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Ladle into cups and sprinkle with nutmeg over each serving.
Store refrigerated for up to two days.
Makes: 4 cups
