    List of Ingredients




    Pasta: durum semolina, water

    Fresh baby spinach leaves - 12 oz
    3 cloves fresh raw garlic, minced
    9 tbsp raw sunflower seeds
    3/4 cup raw walnuts
    1 1/2 cups olive oil
    6 tbsp dried basil
    3 tbsp dried oregano
    salt (optional)

    Recipe



    Blend all ingredients together, and add salt to taste. For the picnic, we served it over pasta, but it also goes well as a spread on bread/crackers or dip with fresh carrots.
