    This is an easy pie to bake and doesn't have quite all the fat and calories of traditional recipes.

    List of Ingredients




    1 graham cracker crust or ready baked pie shell
    1 package of Mor-Nu tofu, lite, extra firm
    1/8 to 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder (depends on your own tastes)
    honey (1/4 cup) or pure maple syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    water

    Recipe



    Puree the tofu, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla together in a blender. You might have to add about 2 - 3 tbsp. of water to make mixture smooth.

    Spoon into a baked pie shell and chill for at least two hours.
