    Nutritious Apple Pie

    List of Ingredients

    6 - 7 tart apples
    1 cup apple juice concentrate
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 - 1 tsp. coriander
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch flour or tapioca
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vegan margarine (optional)

    Recipe

    Peel and slice apples. Place in saucepan. Simmer over medium heat in apple juice for 8 - 10 minutes. Add salt and coriander. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Dot with margarine (optional). Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 - 50 minutes.
