    1 pk yeast
    1/4 cup warm water
    6 tablespoons olive oil
    6 cups flour (they don't say what kind, so I put in some wheat germ and ww-less then half it calls for)
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 1/4 cups water

    (This recipe does not call for any "sugar" for the yeast, so I just barely put maybe a teaspoon in)cup water

    Mix together ingredients and let rise 30-40 min. until about double (like bread). While it is rising make topping by blending 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons water, 1-2 garlic cloves, parsley, basil, and/or other seasonings to taste. Divide dough for baking pans (for me, this is about 2 16" pizza pans) and spread on oiled pans. Dimple dough with fingers and put on topping. Let rise till as thick as you want them.
    Bake at 350 for 25 min. ( I do not like to use yeast things on the same day, so I bake them for about half the time and then the next day use them. It is not so hard the next day when reheated with all the toppings on.)
    I also double the recipe and make 4 pizza crusts and then I can freeze 2 of them for later.
