    List of Ingredients




    2 cups dried beans (navy, etc)
    1/4 cup cooking oil
    1 tablespoon salt
    Water to cover beans
    4 tablespoons brown sugar
    3 tablespoons molasses
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 onion, diced
    4 tablespoons catsup
    vegetable stock

    Recipe



    Place beans in cooker. Add oil, salt and water tocover beans well. Soak overnight or for about 8 hours.
    Add remaining ingredients and enough stock to cover beans with about 1" of water above the beans. Stir. Close cover and place regulator on vent pipe. Cook 45 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Remove from heat and let pressure drop of its own accord.
