1/2 cup dry brown rice
2 cups apple juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegan margarine
2 Tbsp. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup diced apples
3 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice
Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for
approximately 45 minutes. Add apples and sweetener. Cook 10 minutes more.
