Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups milk of choice (almond, rice, soy)
2 cups cubed bread
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar or Sucanat
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup chopped, peeled apples
Recipe
Mix together. Pour mixture into 8-inch round baking dish. Place in shallow pan with water around it. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
