> You can mix pudding mix with silken tofu and blend in the blender. It works great. There's a vegan mix made by Mori-Nu that is delicious and made with natural sugars. Watch out for the regular, commercial pudding mixes, though, they contain gelatin.
We prefer to just use homemade Bird's Eye Custard (basically flavour, cornstarch or other thickener like arrowroot or even konjac) and cook it in our favourite milk sub. Coconut milk makes excellent puddings - especially coconut cream.
