List of Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked rice, hot
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup white raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce (or Bragg's Liquid Aminos) - gf if necessary
4 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chicken-like seasoning
Salt to tasteRecipe
Saute peppers and onions in oil. Combine cut up pineapple chunks, seeds,
raisins, soy sauce, and seasonings. Add to rice mixture with sweetener.
Press into 1-quart mold which has been evenly greased with margarine. Bake
at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. To unmold, run knife around the edge and
turn onto plate.
