Singapore Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
2 cup cooked brown rice, cooled
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup raisins, soaked 1/2 hour & drained
1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. vegan margarineRecipe
Heat skillet with 1 tablespoon vegan margarine and stir fry
almonds until golden. Set aside. Melt 3 tablespoons vegan margarine. Add salt and stir fry the rest of the ingredients. When heated through add the almonds, mix and serve.
