List of Ingredients




1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4-cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
Salt to taste
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 tomatoes cut into wedges
1 red onion, thinly sliced

Recipe



Combine first five ingredients in a salad cruet and shake well. Combine last three ingredients and toss.
Pour lemon juice/oil mixture over salad and toss to coat.
