    Pesto Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients

    6 Medium red potatoes
    about 4 green onions, sliced
    1/2 cup or so homemade or store bought pesto sauce

    Recipe

    Cook potatoes until just tender. Cut into 6 or 8 pieces. Slice the green onion and add to potatoes with pesto. Stir. Best if you take it out of the fridge about 15 minutes before serving, so it's not too cold. The flavor seems to be better.
