    List of Ingredients




    3/4lb plum tomatoes cut into wedges
    1. small onion cut in wedges
    1/4 c.lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves chopped
    1. jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1. large ripe avocado peeled and sliced
    tortilla chips for dipping.

    Recipe



    In a food processor combine first 6 ingredients. cover and pulse until coarsely chopped. (do not over process). Drain liquid. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the avocado. Serve with the tortilla chips. Refrigerate any left overs.

    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
