    1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
    2 cups diced pineapple
    1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp. chopped jalapeño pepper
    1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring until blended. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of salsa.
