    Chick Pea Salad Sandwich

    List of Ingredients




    1 can drained chick peas (garbanzos)
    1/3-1/2 cup vegan mayo
    2 tsp of prepared yellow mustard
    1 tsp of vinegar (cider)
    1 tsp of salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp of relish
    couple of pinches of black pepper
    2 tsp of tahini (optional)
    dash of lime juice (optional)

    Recipe



    Drain can of chickpeas and mash in medium mixing bowl using a strong fork or a potato masher. Dump in all the other ingredients and mix well. Chill and spread generously on bread for a sandwich. Also makes a good spread for crackers or bread pieces. (GF if necessary)
