    A Diet for All Reasons

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
    1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/4 cup celery
    1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 cup pimento

    Recipe



    Blend in food processor or blender with enough water to make a thick spread.
    Use for tea sandwiches or a spread for crackers. Garnish as needed.
