    These are sooooo easy to make, that I take them to work with me at least twice a week. You can add any variation you like based on your preferences. Packed with protein, vitamins, and flavor! (Denise)

    List of Ingredients




    1 fresh baguette, sour or sweet
    hummus, any flavor you prefer
    avocado
    alfalfa sprouts
    carrots, shredded
    tomatoes, preferably seasonal, sliced
    roasted red peppers, preferably packed in water
    mixed greens, optional

    Recipe



    1. Prepare the veggies (slice the tomatoes, peel the carrots,
    scoop out the avocado)
    2. Spread the hummus on the bread - or if you prefer, eliminate
    the hummus and use the avocado as your spread
    3. Create your sandwich!

    It's that easy!
