1 fresh baguette, sour or sweet
hummus, any flavor you prefer
avocado
alfalfa sprouts
carrots, shredded
tomatoes, preferably seasonal, sliced
roasted red peppers, preferably packed in water
mixed greens, optional
Recipe
1. Prepare the veggies (slice the tomatoes, peel the carrots,
scoop out the avocado)
2. Spread the hummus on the bread - or if you prefer, eliminate
the hummus and use the avocado as your spread
3. Create your sandwich!
