    In my VitaMix (blender sort of works and food processor does
    but the mixture is crunchier)

    List of Ingredients




    a bit of celtic salt
    2 Tbs apple cider vinegar (or balsamic)
    3 Tbs oil - hemp, udo's, coconut oil, Gold Top blend...
    bunch of parsley or cilantro (stems removed)
    4 celery stems
    3 carrots
    3 green onions (sometimes)
    garlic cloves (4 if you like garlic)
    piece of ginger (approx size of garlic clove)

    Recipe



    Blend this until smooth or no longer big pieces.
    Then add 2 1/2 cup sprouts and blend some more until smooth.
    This makes enough for two of us for the week. I freeze half
    and take out when needed...
    Delicious and healthy and my 17 month old likes it too...
