    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Marinade tofu all day or over night.
