Blueberry-Orange Sauce

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon minced orange zest
1 Tablespoon sugar, preferable turbinado (raw sugar) or sucanat
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring
occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until the blueberries are soft and the
remaining liquid is syrupy. Serve warm.
