    List of Ingredients




    1 cup tomatoes, fresh or canned
    1 carrot, scrubbed
    2 dates, minced
    1 small onion
    pinch of basil and oregano
    1/8 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Blend tomatoes and add carrot chunks until desired consistency is reached. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
