Recipe Introduction
For this version I recommend using the appropriate amount of McKay's chicken seasoning in place of the chicken boullion.
List of Ingredients
2 cubes chicken bouillon (McKays Chicken Seasoning see note)
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarchRecipe
To Make Sauce: Dissolve the bouillon in the hot water in a small saucepan;add sugar and soy sauce and blend well over medium heat. Add cold water and cornstarch and stir until thick and smooth. Serve with Egg Foo Yung.
