Mcdougall "Cheese" Sauce

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup potato -- cooked and peeled
2 cups water
4 ounces pimientos -- one jar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup brewer's yeast -- Nutritional
yeast flakes
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt -- to tasteRecipe
Blend the potato with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan. Cook, stirring until smooth and thick, 7 to 8 minutes.
Serve at once. The sauce will set when cooked and can be reheated.
